Q. Who is Peptogirl, and how did she get her name?

A. Peptogirl started out as a nickname and soon became a cartoon super-hero. Eventually, Peptogirl became part of the busines name - and mascott! See the About page for the full story on how Peptogirl came to be.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. I do sell items wholesale, if you are interested in selling Peptogirl Industries products in your store or online shop. Please contact me via the contact form with details like store location or URL and which item(s) you are interested in.

Q. Why is there such a big price difference between different jewelry items?

A. Peptogirl Industries prices products according to the cost of materials and the time spent making that product. We specialize in sterling silver jewelry, semi-precious stones, and vintage beads. Quality materials make for a higher price. However, since Peptogirl wants her products to be affordable to all, she does offer jewelry made with mixed metal findings.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping is never more than $5! Shipping is usually $3 for one item or $5 for two or more items. This helps cover the cost of packaging materials and shipping costs.

Q. Do you take international orders?

A. I don't take international orders on my site at this time because inernational shipping charges can vary and they can also get expensive. And since I can not get delivery confirmation on international orders, I can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if you live somewhere other than the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, let me know. I will look into shipping charges and see if we can work something out!

Q. How do I pay for an item? What meathods of payment do you accept?

A. Click on the "buy now" button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, choose the "checkout" option. Right now, PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. However, if you would like to pay via another meathod, please contact me. Keep in mind that if you'd like to pay by check, the item will not be mailed until your check clears.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Peptogirl will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused/ unworn items (less shipping fees) if you are unhappy with your merchandise. Please see the Customer Service page for details.

Q. Where do you get your supplies?

A. I get my supplies from all over. Some are vintage, some are new, some thrifted, some bought locally, and some online. I try to buy locally and from independently owned businesses whenever possible.
